1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and Optiblitz ("Company", "we", "us") regarding your use of our website at optiblitz.com and any SEO services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Services Provided

Optiblitz provides the following SEO-related services:

• SEO audits and technical analysis
• On-page and off-page optimization
• Link acquisition and digital PR
• Content strategy and creation
• Local SEO and Google Business Profile management
• SEO tools (when available)

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service proposals or agreements.

3. No Guarantee of Specific Rankings

Search engine rankings are determined by third-party algorithms (Google, Bing, etc.) which are outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, placement, or traffic outcomes.

While we use industry best practices and proven methodologies, results vary based on competition, search engine algorithm updates, website factors, and market conditions. Any projections we provide are estimates based on available data, not guarantees.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and website
• Grant necessary access to your website, analytics, and Search Console when required
• Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
• Make timely payments as agreed in the service proposal
• Not engage other SEO agencies for the same services during an active campaign without disclosure

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Monthly retainers are payable at the start of each month in advance
• One-time projects require a 50% deposit before work commences
• Invoices are due within 7 days of issue
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee on outstanding balances
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation:

• No refunds are issued for work already completed in the current billing period
• Access to reports and deliverables completed up to the cancellation date will be provided

For project-based work, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. The remaining balance is due upon project delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for your project (content, reports, strategies) become your property. Optiblitz retains the right to use anonymized case study data and performance statistics for portfolio and marketing purposes. We retain ownership of all proprietary tools, templates, and methodologies used in service delivery.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose your website data, business strategies, or proprietary information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law or necessary to deliver the services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optiblitz's total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of revenue or profits; penalties from search engine algorithm changes; or third-party platform changes affecting your rankings.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or services to:

• Promote illegal activities or content
• Violate third-party rights or applicable laws
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Pakistan.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email (for active clients) or posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
